A self taught baker, Angel started decorating cakes at the age of 14. Cupcakes came later in life and mini's became her passion. Why you ask? They are cute, easy to eat and fun to make. With many years of baking and cooking she was able to create her dream kitchen and that change gave her the confidence to take her passion for baking to the next level.
